Shipping Policy

We at Lamore store ship from our warehouse in Khobar to all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our partners Aramex, SMSA, DHL and others, which deliver the orders to you.

When will I receive the order?

The order period arrives in a period ranging from (2 to 15) working days from the time of purchasing the order.

In the case of purchase by payment upon receipt, the order will arrive after a period of 5 days after confirming the order with you by phone.

how much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is 35 riyals per order and to any place in Saudi Arabia.


You made the purchase, then what?

Thank you for placing an order. We will process and ship the order as soon as possible. You can track the status of the order using the tracking number sent to you. The shipping company employee (or one of our representatives if you are in the city of Khobar or Dammam) will contact you on the mobile phone number registered with us to coordinate with you on the date of delivery of the shipment. It should be noted that the incoming calls to your mobile should be answered so that the representative responsible for the delivery can coordinate with you on the date of delivery of the order.

What happens if I am not there on the due date?

The representative of the shipping company will contact you several times for the delivery date. Then the order will be kept at the shipping company's office for some time. In the event that you do not receive it, the product will be returned to our office in Al-Khobar. The value of the shipment will be returned and the shipping value will be deducted + the order processing value (20 riyals).

In case the order was sent to the customer and the product was not received by the customer?

In cases of non-delivery, including:

1. The customer refused to receive the order.

2. Communicate with no response to the shipping company.

3. The customer was asked to come to receive the order from the offices of the shipping company, but it did not appear for receipt.

4. The customer is not present at the agreed delivery location.

5. The customer does not currently have the money to pay the “Cash on Delivery” orders.

After the attempt, the order will be returned to the seller, and the value of the order will be returned to the customer with a deduction of the shipping value of 35 riyals + the value of processing the order (20 riyals).
